If I don’t sell your home in 30 days for the price I said, my fee drops by 0.5% every week until it reaches zero.
If I ever suggest a price drop, I’ll sell it for free.

Why I’m Here
I grew up in Ladbroke Grove. No silver spoon. Just a front row seat to what happens when people are taken advantage of—by the system, by institutions, by people in suits with too much polish and not enough principle.
Now I live in Marlow with my wife Char and our kids, and I’ve made it my mission to show sellers there’s a better way to move—without stress, without the runaround, and without being locked into a contract with someone who disappears after the first viewing.
I’ve spent years behind the scenes helping other agents sharpen their skills, write their sales copy, and win better instructions.
Now I’m front and centre.
